Our Team

Matt Olson is one of the RBC Elders and is the main Pastor. He oversees all of the ministries and operations that take place at RBC. As Pastor, he is the principle preacher for the Sunday sermon, but does share the pulpit with other Elders occassionally. Matt has an empathetic personality type that is well suited for ministry. Matt and his wife Marissa love doing ministry together. They both have a heart to see lives transformed by the Gospel. They have four joyful children, Acey, Mayah, Cross and Merrick.
